What services are available to me?
You can still receive all the services you could before!
- Renewal Reminders - You can set up reminders for your Personal Vehicle Registration or Company Vehicle Registration renewals, Driver's Licence or ID Card renewals, or Corporate Annual Return. You will receive email and/or text reminders when it's getting close to renewal time.
- Auto-Renew (formerly the Automatic Vehicle Registration Renewal service) - Your vehicle registration will be renewed by your chosen registry agent every year, and your registration certificate will be sent to you, or available for pickup from your registry.
- Renew Now (formerly Express Renewal) - You can renew your vehicle registration online, using your chosen registry, and your registration certificate will be sent to you or available for pickup from your registry.
- Renew Now and Auto-Renew - You now have the option to renew your registration yourself for this year, and also set up automatic renewals for the future.
What services are right for me?
Here are some things to think about when you are choosing which online services you would like to use:
- You can choose how much of your renewals are done online. Your account can be set up for just renewal reminders, or you can sit back, relax, and have your renewal processed completely automatically. Your account is managed by you, and you can choose whatever services work best for you.
- Not all registries offer mail-out service for registration certificates. If you would like Auto-Renew service, but your registry of choice only offers Customer Pickup as a delivery option, you can choose a different registry to process your automatic renewals. The site shows you which services are offered by each registry.
- Nothing is set in stone! Add or remove vehicles, set up Auto-Renew or switch back to just Renewal Reminders—you can update your account whenever you want.
